Hello Everyone,
My name is Joe and live in Northeastern, Pa. I was injured three years ago in a building that collapsed on me. I am a T-10 complete . Prior to my accident I was a recreational weight lifter and marathon runner. Now I am trying to learn from all of you about supplements, loosing weight , eating right and live a happier life. I wish you all well.
Best Regards,
Joe

I appreciate the help. I am a T-10 complete and just can't tighten my gut at all. Is that something you just live with? I try doing all kinds of situps and twists. It is helping my rib cage area but my waist line is very flabby. Do you guys take No-Explode or Cell Mass from BSN? I have been cutting carbs to see if that will help. I am about 160 pounds only 5'6". I know I could loose ten or more but I was always like a fire hydrant. When I used to run, I had very large quads. They are flabby too. Do spinal cord people get skin tucks for health verses cosmetics. I just feel like a bowl of jelly on my waist and legs.
Rich, you look great. Do you guys work out everyday? What is your colorie intake a day and the ratio of fats, protein and carbs? A Blessed upcoming Easter to all of you.
BEst Regards,
Joe

Have you tried the AAEFX Lean Fix http://wcbbers.47.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=33 to get rid of your fat? It works great for me. I work out 3 days on 2 days off. my macro's are at fat= 40, carbs = 135, pro= 190. right now. but they change a lot these last few days.
Avery good Easter to you to.

Rick,
I will definitely try the lean fix. Is it something you take twice a day or once in the morning? I have heard you need to sometimes take more than subscribed.

I find for me it works the best if I take one a 1/2 hour before breakfast, lunch and supper.

Joe, I know exactly what your talking about. I am a t4 and have no ab control...I am sick of the beachball belly that I am getting. Thank you for asking the question. I will try the advice that was given to you for my problem.
